Dark ruby in the glass, brambles and vinesap open on the nose, flowing into warming spice and red fruits, then into blue fruits and petrichor. Medium bodied, velvety tannins, the palate transitions between leather shop, cherry coke, and rose. Light ethereal finish. Floats like a butterfly, stings like a bee.
Picked at peak ripeness. Aged in neutral French oak for 12 months. 92 cases produced.
